- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- Nigella (black sesame seeds), optional
Remove greends from fennel and chop bulb.
Sautee in olive oil until fennel starts to carmelize, cover, and allow to cook for a few minutes until fennel softensAdd peeled and chopped apple and chopped grapes.
Add vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, coriander, and some of the chopped fennel greens.
