Apple Fennel Saute


  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 t ground coriander
  • Nigella (black sesame seeds), optional


  1. Remove greends from fennel and chop bulb.
  2. Sautee in olive oil until fennel starts to carmelize, cover, and allow to cook for a few minutes until fennel softensAdd peeled and chopped apple and chopped grapes.
  3. Add vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, coriander, and some of the chopped fennel greens.
